For six months, owners at PCC 480 have been asking the Board and property management to call a meeting to address serious governance and service issues. Those requests were repeatedly ignored.
Owners then submitted a formal requisition to remove the current Board.
A significant number of residents — including elderly owners — specifically requested an in‑person meeting because they cannot comfortably or reliably participate in virtual meetings. Accessibility was a central concern.
Instead of respecting that request, the Board and property management chose a virtual meeting format, making participation more difficult for many residents and raising concerns about fairness and accessibility
