For six months, owners at PCC 480 have been asking the Board and property management to call a meeting to address serious governance and service issues. Those requests were repeatedly ignored.
Owners then submitted a formal requisition to remove the current Board.
A vote to remove the current Board of Directors will take place on
June 4, 2026.
Owners have raised ongoing concerns about:
Poor financial oversight and unclear use of maintenance fees
Property management issues, including unresponsiveness and questionable handling of contracts
A Board that has not engaged with residents or communicated effectively for years
These issues have led to a loss of confidence in the current governance of our community.
We need a Board that:
Communicates openly
Manages our fees responsibly
Ensures fair and accountable management
Represents the interests of all owners
